Why work with me?
I have worked in a corporate environment for many years, both as high level Executive Assistant and an Event Planner. I was exposed to daily high levels of stress. I would have told you I thrived on it! I had no idea what effect it would later have on my health and that I would end up being so unwell, the lowest point in my wellbeing, I hit rock bottom. Luckily for me the information I had been learning during my three years studying to become a nutritional therapist equipped me to start to make changes, but I knew I couldn’t do it alone, I needed support. Thankfully this knowledge and support is what helped me to feel human again, to experience a new quality of life, different from the one I knew before. I know it is possible to get balance and enjoyment of life again.
My experience as a coach and NLP practitioner for the last seven years means I am able to ask the right questions to get to the core of what is going on. By tapping into my clients own inner wisdom I am able to support them in making lasting changes. Combined with my Nutritional therapy experience I am able to effectively support clients facing long term fatigue, digestive issues and hormone imbalances which all affect our quality of life.
I believe in natural health and work with this as a basis for improving health and wellbeing. This means if you choose to work with me you will have knowledge of the best quality products to support you as the unique individual that you are. I believe in age old traditions, when human’s knew instinctively what they needed to help with ailments and illness. An ability we are losing.
