If you’re tired of feeling tired and don’t know what to expect as you lead up to the menopause, if you have been experiencing any of these symptoms and are wondering what is happening and if you can do anything about it:

  • Hot flushes, night sweats
  • Brain fog, memory loss
  • Mood changes
  • Lack of purpose or direction in life

Then you are in the right place.  There are things you can do to take ownership of this time of your life!

I take a holistic approach, looking at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of this change. Helping you understand what is happening and what you can do to support hormonal changes during this transitional phase.

I provide a safe, confidential space for a small group of up to 5 women to share experiences.  To offer support and guidance to increase your confidence and feelings of wellbeing, helping support and nourish you through these changes so you are not alone.

The term ‘Own your second spring’ comes from China and to me it feels like a fresh start, a time to bloom and for new opportunities.

If you are ready to ‘Own your second spring’ join me on this 1 month programme.

Joining Nina’s “Own your second spring” programme helped me understand what happens to our bodies hormonally during peri-menopause and menopause and how different aspects such as lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, exercise and mindset can influence how we feel during this phase in our lives. I learned how food choices can help to improve symptoms like hot flushes and low energy, how important it is to relax, look after myself and not only see the challenges but also opportunities which lie ahead.

Nina’s genuine interest in everyone in the group made me feel comfortable to speak about my own experiences in these interactive sessions. I know that having shared her knowledge and experience with us and the fantastic handouts which we received after each session will help me to support myself in this.

I look forward to welcoming you on this journey.

Loved your great informative menopause programme, Nina! In just a few hours, within my hectic work and social life, I’ve come away with some tools (Rainbow plate), new habits (daily walk / mindfulness), understanding (more parasympathetic activities help my body deal with hormonal changes) and confidence (use of humour!) to steer me positively through my menopause. Thank you!
