I’m Nina, a nutritional and wellbeing therapist, I have created a space for you to be heard and feel valued, to empower you to have more control over your wellbeing and help make being healthy easier. I want to share my knowledge and experience to enable you to make the best choices and to support you as an individual in making changes. My commitment is to work with you as the wonderfully unique individual that you are, getting to the root cause of what is going on, rather than taking a ‘one size fits all’ approach. By considering the latest research as well as age old traditions and your body’s own intuitive knowledge I embrace you as a whole person taking into account every part of you, connecting mind, body, emotion and spirit into my work with you.
I use 1-2-1 Nutritional and Wellbeing Therapy, Coaching and NLP (Neurolinguistic programming) to support you on your journey to reclaim your health & wellbeing.
