Peri-menopause workshop - you are not losing the plot!

If your menstrual cycle is all over the place and you feel like you've lost the grounding beneath your feet, like you are going mad at times and you no longer have the energy to 'keep pushing through' then you are welcome to join Tanya Forgan and I for this relaxed and informative on-line event.

During our time together we will share:

- Understanding of the different phases of menopause
- Circle time
- Nutrition as a therapy 
- How yoga can support you throughout 
- The art of deep rest through meditation, Yoga Nidra

We will share our wisdom to support you on your journey.  You will leave feeling empowered and inspired.

You don't have to go through this alone.
