An afternoon for you to be taken care of. A way to relax the nervous system through yoga movement, art and nutrition, to take time out from all the ‘doing’ and to experience a relaxing afternoon. You will leave feeling truly nourished, mind, body and spirit, and in touch with your creative side, yes you do have one! And you will have some handy tips on what can really support your immune system.

Sophia Andeh - Yoga teacher
I am passionate that everyone can benefit from yoga. My aim is to teach yoga that is accessible to everyone. I believe that yoga is not just about the physical, but also about nurturing the mind-breath-body connection. Yoga has helped me to find peace in the day-to-day moments of life. I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and teach therapeutic gentle yoga and Yin yoga.
