I believe in natural health and have worked with this as a basis for supporting my own health issues as well as those of my clients. My experience as a nutritional therapist along with coaching and NLP is what best helps my clients to make the positive changes they desire and enables them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
Sophia Andeh - Yoga teacher
I am passionate that everyone can benefit from yoga. My aim is to teach yoga that is accessible to everyone. I believe that yoga is not just about the physical, but also about nurturing the mind-breath-body connection. Yoga has helped me to find peace in the day-to-day moments of life. I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and teach therapeutic gentle yoga and Yin yoga.
